Fruits & Votes is the Web-log of Matthew S. Shugart ("MSS"), Professor of Political Science, University of California, Davis.
Perspectives on electoral systems, constitutional design, and policy around the world, based primarily on my research interests. Planted in: Weather After a summer of mostly monochromatic skies–either whitish grey1 or blue2–we finally have had some southeastern (“monsson”) flow to make the skies a bit more interesting.
